You might have questions about what a night will look like. The chart below will give you an idea of the time schedule for our volunteers. Times are approximate and could possibly be adjusted based on circumstances out of our control. So we would kindly ask that all of our volunteers would be flexible and willing to adjust to these changes if they arise.

Pre-Arrival/Set-Up
|
- Open facility and set-up tables and chairs.
- Volunteers can bring food prepared at home and do final prep at the church unless other arrangements have been made.

5-5:15 p.m.

Evening Ministry and Meal
|
- Selected volunteers will welcome guests and pray for the meal and our guests.
- Volunteers will serve dinner to guests.
|
6-6:15 p.m.
|
|
Hospitality and Service
|
- Volunteers will share a meal with our guests to encourage, listen, and minister as need arises.
- As our guests finish their meals, volunteers will clear dishes and prepare for dessert service.

6:15-7 p.m.
|
|
Dessert
|
- Volunteers will prepare and serve dessert to our guests and continue fellowship with them.
- As our guests finish their desserts, volunteers will clear plates.

7-7:45 p.m.
|
|
Breakdown and Dessert
|
- Break down tables and chairs
- Clean Service Kitchen
- Prepare light breakfast and leave for morning
|
7:45-9 p.m.
