Our Lay Counseling ministry is staffed by trained, non-professional counselors who are skilled and ready to listen. Each counselor has been through an intensive training program with a licensed professional counselor, and receives ongoing training every month. In addition, counselors are members of the church in good standing who have been through an application and interview process.

Lay counselors meet with clients here at the church in a private, comfortable and safe environment to provide Bible-based care, encouragement, direction and support to the men, women and couples, married or otherwise, of First Covenant Church and the community-at-large.
