Frequently Asked Questions |
How can funds be withdrawn directly from my account?
Only with your authorization. Money will only be deducted from your account if you specifically authorize it.
Are electronic contributions risky?
No. An electronic contribution is safer than writing a check, as it can't be lost, stolen or destroyed in the mail. For your protection, we have taken a number of steps to maximize the security and privacy of your personal and financial information.
Can I give by credit card?
Yes. But please understand that we believe living "debt-free" is a worthy goal for all Christians. Care and concern should be exercised by every giver in using credit cards for giving. We offer this option only as a convenience, not as a way to incur debt or circumvent sound biblical money management principles. You are free to give via the weekly offering in the worship service, by mailing your contribution in to the office, or now online. We welcome you to give whatever and however God has called you to give, in whatever way God has called you to.
How much does online giving cost?
Online giving is free for you and saves you valuable time. Only the church incurs a nominal fee from this transaction.
What if I change bank accounts or credit cards?
You can update your profile and banking information at any time.
What if I try online giving and don't like it?
You can cancel your authorization at any time. But once you've enjoyed the convenience and time and money savings of online giving, we doubt you will want to go back to making contributions the way you did before.
Who do I talk to if I have more questions?
Contact Monty Wood, our Executive Pastor of Church Administration, if you have any questions.
